Who Is Wonderblush?
Wonderblush is a clean makeup line founded in 2015 and made in Montreal. It was started by Mélanie, who built the brand around a simple idea: clean makeup that still feels elegant, in a range small enough that every piece earns its place.
That last part is what won me over. Most makeup brands grow by adding. Wonderblush has stayed deliberately small, with a tightly edited selection of everyday essentials rather than a wall of options. It is vegan, certified cruelty-free by Leaping Bunny, and packaged using PCR-recycled materials. The formulas are developed and produced in their own Quebec lab.

Why Makeup, and Why Now?
Here is the thinking behind it, because I want to be clear that this is not a departure from what we do.
I have spent three decades helping people improve their skin health. What I have watched, over and over, is someone finally gets their skin where they want it, and then covers it with something that undoes the effect. Heavy coverage that sits on the surface. How I Prepare Skin Before Makeup
Makeup does not fix skin texture. It reveals it. Almost every complaint I hear about foundation or blush settling, creasing, or looking patchy comes down to the skin underneath being dehydrated rather than the product being wrong. Three minutes of preparation changes everything.
Start damp. I mist with the Eminence Organics Stone Crop Hydrating Mist and apply everything else onto skin that is still slightly damp. Hydrating ingredients need water to draw from.

Protect, then colour. Sunscreen goes on before makeup, not instead of it. The Eminence Organics Bright Skin Moisturizer SPF 40 works well here because it hydrates, protects and supports a more even tone in one step, which means less work for the makeup to do.
Then wait. Give your skincare two or three minutes to settle before you apply anything. Most application problems are actually timing problems.
